Summary

Bass’ scope of work for the Student Success Center included drilled piers, footings, walls, columns, SOG, structural slabs, and SOD. We started work on the drilled piers in January 2020, fighting weather until the pier caps and basement slab was complete. The foundation wall encapsulates two sides of the building spanning to the 1st floor. Columns and shear walls span from the basement to the 5th level roof. All elevated slabs on this project consisted of post tensioned structural slabs that were shored until the above slab met structural strength.
