Summary

The Little Rock South Port project features 540,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space located in the Port of Little Rock. Collaborating with Tilt-Wall Headquarters for panel book design, lifting, and bracing — along with using our internal tilt-up construction protocols — ensured that the erection process was executed efficiently and safely. Heavy freezing rain and high wind weather impacts presented a challenge on this project as construction commenced right at the start of winter. Paying close attention to building pad protection, dewatering, and bond breaker applications allowed us to deliver a quality finished product on schedule despite adverse weather conditions.
