Summary

The Trex – Project Treehouse features 505,000 square feet of manufacturing warehouse space located in the Port of Little Rock. As with many of today’s manufacturing warehouses, this project specified high Ff-Fl numbers in order to accommodate for the manufacturing process that the finished product would be intended for. Utilizing the finishing equipment that Bass has invested in over the years, such as laser screeds and large 12ft-15ft ride-on trowel machines, enabled us to deliver the final product as specified and ensure that the project owner would not have any issues due to slab quality in the future.
