Summary

Bass Concrete provided structural concrete construction at Buzzi Unicem’s cement manufacturing facility in Festus, Missouri. Working within an active industrial plant, we completed complex foundations, equipment pedestals, heavy reinforced slabs, and structural concrete required to support the facility’s new production system.

The project demanded precise layout, strict quality control, and careful coordination with multiple trades to maintain schedule while minimizing disruption to ongoing plant operations. Our work helped support one of the Midwest’s most significant cement plant expansion projects, increasing production capacity through the construction of a state-of-the-art manufacturing line.
